Dearys:R2- Parenting Fun
The Dearys are just plain peaceful compared to the other inhabitants on the island. Shall we bask in their happiness among all the chaos?
While the other families on the island experiencing disappointment and crisis, Piper’s life had been smooth and simple. Something she always thanks her god for every morning waking up beside her great husband.
Her family life is great although taking care of a screaming baby is tougher than she thought but her husband being the most reliable and sensitive man on the island made her life easier. Their marriage is steady and peaceful with both of them comfortable enough to dine in their underwear.
As they are so much in love, it was not surprising that Piper found herself pregnant when their first child was still a screaming smelly baby.
But then again Piper had no reason to worry for their expanding family as she knew Tyron would take care of everything for her. He even forbids Piper to tend a garden for food and willing to pay extra $50 for the groceries to be delivered from the neighboring island.
As for the job Tyron hated, he was slowly riding up the ladder. Hopefully he will stop going to work with that ugly car and that weird driver.
‘Oh, come on. I think he chose the right girl. I mean Janice is obviously a better wife than the obnoxious Crystal,’ Piper stated her opinion loudly when their conversation unexpectedly centered on the latest island gossip.
‘Honey, Crystal is our friend okay. She might be a bit aggressive back then in the mansion but she is really in love with Heath. Plus I think Heath only uses Janice as a rebound girl,’ Tyron countered.
As days past, her tummy was getting bigger and her screaming smelly son grown up to be a demanding toddler. That was the start of parenting nightmares.
Piper discovered just how boring and how long it takes for a toddler to finish his smelly business.
She also discovered that it can take forever to teach a word as simple as teddy bear and heard the right pronunciation from her son. Basically it took hours to get him say ‘teddy bear’ instead of ‘tiddy ber’.
But of course the daddy also discovered his own horror. He learned that his son sometimes just prefer to be hold instead of learning to walk, singing nursery rhymes with a toddler can be a time consuming nightmare and lastly you have to chase around the house just to feed him.
But Piper also found that when her son is in good mood to play with his toys, he can be without trouble for whole day which let her do her own thing. Finally finishing her painting and earned her $48, not much but still money anyway.
Finally the time come, as she screaming the roof off the house she wonder why the hell she let herself go through this kind of pain again. But as soon as she saw her cute baby daughter, Sarah Deary she forgotten that question again and probably ask again next time.

I liked this chapter. Heh heh, her first baby-it always turns out funny when sims have to take care of their babies. I liked the fact that you called him “screaming smelly son”.
